Pacific Little League History and Announcement

2021 marked Pacific’s 66 year anniversary as a chartered Little League Baseball program at the Veterans Medical Center Complex in Walla Walla, Washington.  In 1955, Pacific had four teams with one field, in ground dug-outs and snow fencing and chicken wire.  In the early 1990’s, Pacific added Field #2 to accommodate Little League Softball and Baseball division games. Fields #3, #4 & #5 were added from 1998-2001.

In the Spring season of 2021, Pacific Little League is proud to announce that Little League Baseball, Inc. and WA District 5 Administrator have approved that Pacific charter a NEW Intermediate Division of Little League Baseball to Pacific’s other baseball programs - Challenger (ages 5-22 if still in school), Majors (ages 9-12), Minors Player Pitch (ages 7-11), Minors Coach Pitch (ages6-8) and Tee Ball (ages 4-7). 

This program is also called 50-70 is for ages 11-13 year olds – AREA WIDE.  The Intermediate Division allows players to lead off, steal bases and games will have 7 innings of play.
